In 2012, Yutong Group totally delivered 55,456 units of large and medium-sized buses, construction machinery and special vehicles, a rise of 6.0 percent year-on-year. Its annual turnover reached 30.288 billion yuan, up 17.1 percent compared to the previous year, continuously ranked first in China’s industry in terms of the enterprise scale and sales performance.

The maximum daily output reached 285 units in 2012. The annual sales volume of Yutong school buses exceeded 7,000 units, becoming the seller and most influential enterprise in the industry. Yutong also leads the development of the industry in terms of the R&D and sales of new energy products. In 2012, totally 1,934 new energy buses were delivered with a market share over 25 percent, ranked first in the industry. Meanwhile, Zhengzhou Yutong Group Finance Co., Ltd. officially went into operation, becoming an important part and a strong backing of Yutong’s operational strategy.

During the process of its development, Yutong never forgets the responsibility of contributing to the community and has organized a number of charitable activities. It has donated 20 yellow school buses in the campaign of “School Buses Bound for the Spring” organized by China Central Television. Yutong also carried out Yutong Caring Summer Camp for 36 children coming form poverty area of Henan province and continued to promote its three charitable platforms. In 2012, Yutong totally donated more than 12 million yuan and helped 15,600 people.
